Full Liquid Type Tube Heat Exchanger for Water Chiller System​

 

It is widely used in ammonia refrigeration system and can also be used in Freon system.It has the

 

advantages of compact structure and small footprint, and can be used in closed loop, and can be used for

 

volatile cold storage.

 

Easy to accumulate oil. Refrigerant prone to freeze; refrigerant walking shell, water to run. The heat

 

transfer process is always between the liquid refrigerant and liquid water heat transfer between the

 

refrigerant gas directly from the compressor into the compressor, the heat transfer area is effectively used

 

to improve the unit's heat transfer efficiency.

 

Although full of liquid evaporator has a series of advantages, but there are the following shortcomings:

 

(1) large amount of refrigerant irrigation. For the more expensive freon, this shortcoming is even more

 

prominent.

 

(2) When the diameter of the evaporator shell is large, the evaporation temperature of the bottom liquid

 

will be improved by the static pressure of the liquid, which will reduce the heat transfer temperature

 

difference of the evaporator. The lower the evaporation temperature, the greater the effect. For freon

 

refrigerants, this effect is more pronounced because of its density.

 

(3) For the freon evaporator, the refrigerant dissolved in the refrigerant is difficult to discharge.

 

(4) When used as a marine refrigeration device, it is possible for the hull to swing the refrigerant liquid into

 

the compressor.
